Shipping Policy

We realize that when you spend your hard earned money on a Bison Cooler you want it ASAP and we do our very best to deliver on that expectation.  Orders placed through www.BisonCoolers.com M-F before noon CST will ship out same day in most cases.  Bison Coolers uses both UPS Ground and United States Postal Service and will provide tracking information via email once your order has been processed.  All shipments are delivered without signature required unless requested by the customer.  Bison Coolers does not currently ship outside of the continental 48 states but for expedited shipping or to make local pickup arrangements, please contact us (855) 278-8355 or Support@BisonCoolers.com.

Return Policy

We know you’re gonna love your Bison Cooler but if for some reason you aren’t 100% satisfied we offer refunds on orders placed directly with Bison Coolers via website within 30 days of the purchase date.  For purchases made through an authorized dealer please abide by their return policies.  Merchandise must be returned in the original box or equivalent packaging and is subject to a $20 restocking fee.  Shipping fees are non-refundable unless authorized by Bison Coolers.  Refunds will be processed and credited to the original purchasers credit card within (3) days of receiving the returned merchandise.  To help expedite the return process please include a copy of the original receipt with your return.  For assistance please contact us at (855) 278-8355 or Support@BisonCoolers.com.

Discounts and Deals

All items marked with a discount and those featured in our ongoing sales are considered final purchases. We want to emphasize that once a product is discounted or part of a sale, we do not entertain requests for price matching or refunds for purchases made outside of the specified sales window. It's important to note that these terms and conditions apply to ensure fairness and consistency in our pricing policies.
